We developed Strong Spirals especially for automotive, appliance and furniture assembly line operators. To this, we added the Plus, creating the Ultimate Spiral . Because these operators are in and around painted and finished surfaces, we've added an extra-long tail made of ultra-lightweight hose, a lightweight, safety coupler, and protective coverings to eliminate damage from metal-to-metal contact. Exact dimensions are available by contacting ATP. Create the Ultimate Ergonomic Spiral-Add a U.S. Industrial Free Angle ® Swivel Fitting to the coupler.
Features:
- Made from our flexible and abrasion-resistant polyurethane tubing.
- A smaller coil ID than our standard spirals.
- A 5 foot, soft-braided tail made of 60 durometer "SH" series hose for increased operator comfort. Total weight of this 5 foot section is a mere 6 ounces!
- Only durable, heavy duty compression fittings are used.
- A U.S. Industrial Interchange, Oetiker Swing Coupling with safety release ring and venting action.
- Polyurethane coupler ansd hose union covers-all exposed metal is covered to provide superior protection against mutilation.

Colors Available: 1/4" ID and 21/64" ID are available in orange or light green. 13/32" ID is only available in light green. Please specify color when ordering. (OR=Orange, LG=Light Green)
