All returns are subject to prior approval and will include restocking charges and/or cancelation fees, if applicable. Shortages and defective product must be reported within one week of receipt of order. If product is defective, we will 100% work with you to resolve and get you the product you need.
Due to the wide variety of our product offerings, returns are to be considered on a case-by-case basis. Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product. Please reach out to us via phone or email if you would like to request a return.
If return is approved, an RMA number may be issued. If so, RMA number will need to be clearly designated on the returned items or packaging. Once product is returned and our Quality department deems product is still in "new, unused" condition, refund or credit will be applied within 3 business days. We reserve the right to reject returns of Products used or damaged by the customer or designated as non-cancellable or non-returnable.
