The Oetiker 177 Series Worm Drive Clamps comply with DIN 3017. They are designed with an embossed clamp band and have a large clamping range with high holding force. Due to the short housing saddle there is uniform radial load with a good seal. This design has a weld-free body connection for a secure connection and corrosion resistance. The 177 series has specially formed strip edges that reduce the risk of damage to parts being clamped
